* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Sarah Eichar
Sarah Ellen Eichar, 93, 929 Frahm Pike, Celina, died at 9:35 a.m. Sept. 14, 2009, at the home of her daughter.
She was born March 15, 1916, in Blackcreek Township, Mercer County, to Samuel and Jessie Smalley Carr. On Oct. 1, 1938, she married Carl Jamison Eichar, who died Oct. 3, 1979.
Surviving are a son, Carl J. (Laurie) Eicher, Safety Harbor, Fla.; two daughters, Mary Harriet Bader, Celina, and Sara Jane (Dan) Bowell, Upland, Ind.; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Dewey, David, Kenneth, Robert Carr; and two sisters, Marie Carr and Mary Merriman.
She was a retired teacher, having taught in Willshire, Dayton, and Lakeside, and was a founding teacher at Graceland preschool, Celina. She graduated from Rockford High School and Bowling Green State University. Her first teaching job was in a one room school house in Blackcreek Township. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina.
Services are 3 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Steve Howell, Randy Swanson and a nephew, Rev. Paul Eichar, officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Saturday and 2-3 p.m. Sunday prior to service.
Contributions can be made to the State of the Heart-Taylor University or the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches, Boys Ranch.
