* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Florence Wurster
Florence L. Wurster, 91, 8065 state Route 197, Celina, died at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 26, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Aug. 29, 1918, in Celina to Roy and Ivy Albin Eichenauer. On March 3, 1945, she married Cletus E. Wurster, who died Dec. 6, 2000.
Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Wurster, Celina, and Sharon Rhoades, Troy; a brother, Lisle Eichenauer, Celina; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Clifford and Kenneth Eichenauer; and a sister, Mildred Eichenauer.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina. She graduated in 1936 from Celina High School.
Services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jim Richter officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service Wednesday at the funeral home.
