* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Virginia Heil
Virginia Heil, 86, formerly of 418 S. Walnut St., New Bremen, died Dec. 27, 2009, at 7:25 a.m. at the Grand Rapids Care Center, Grand Rapids, Ohio.
She was born June 23, 1923, in New Bremen, to Raymond and Dorothy Brockman Kettler. In June of 1950, she married Arthur Heil, who died in July of 1983.
Surviving are a daughter, Deb (Terry) Carmean, St. Marys; siblings, Eunice (Herbert) Hay, Coldwater, Gloria Gross, St. Marys, Louise Kettler, Wapakoneta and Louis (Cora) Kettler, Wapakoneta; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Thomas Kettler; and four sisters, Shirley Kettler, Lucille Bulpn, Gestine Kuck and Norma (Barney) Lampert.
She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Stephen Wills officiating. Burial is at the German Protestant Cemetery.
Calling is 10 a.m. until time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
