Irene Staugler
Irene Miller Staugler, 94, 207 Briarwood Drive, Coldwater, died in the morning of Dec. 27, 2009, at her residence.
She was born Oct. 10, 1915, in Beamsville, to Webster and Bertha Fisher Miller. On Dec. 1, 1945, she married Henry Paul "Socks" Staugler, who died May 29, 1981.
Surviving are a son, Michael (Carol) Staugler, Celina; a daughter Paula (Bob) Hein, Celina; a sister, Whilma Boyer, Danville, Pa.; and a sister-in-law, Edna Miller, Celina; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Edgar Miller; and a sister, Donna Miller.
She was a longtime cook at the former Betty's Restaurant in Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
