Fog will reduce visibilities this morning. Conditions will vary from location to location with locally dense fog in spots. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra time to reach your intended destination. The fog is expected to improve by mid morning.

Rev. Steven Oliver
The Rev. Steven J. Oliver, 60, 321 E. Spring St., New Knoxville, died Feb. 11, 2010, at his home. He suffered an apparent heart attack after blowing snow.
He was born May 5, 1949, in Greenville, to Ray and Mary Louise Brown Oliver, who are deceased. On Oct. 20, 1973, he married Susan Irwin, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Jason (Courtney) Oliver, Cincinnati; a daughter, Lori Christlieb, New Knoxville; a mother-in-law, Alice Irwin, Columbus Grove; and three grandchildren.
He was a retired brick mason and currently served as a licensed local pastor for the United Methodist Church Northwest Plains. He served as pastor of Hume United Methodist Church, Cridersville, and former pastor of Chattanooga United Methodist Church. He also served on the New Knoxville Village Council from 1998-2000. He had a long history with Freemasonry. On May 30, 1975, he was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason at the Mercer Lodge in St. Marys. He held numerous high-ranking positions within the organization and currently served as Grand King of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Ohio.
Services are 2 p.m. Feb. 28 at the Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton Temple, Dayton.
Contributions can be made to the Learning Center of the Dayton Masonic Foundation or the Royal Arch Masons Adopt America Fund.
