* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Taylor
James William Taylor, 82, 8530 Howard Drive, Celina, died Feb. 10, 2010, at Mercer Health, Coldwater.
He was born March 31, 1927, in Harriman, Tenn., to James Nelson and Anna Langley Taylor.
Surviving is a son, Michael Taylor, Richmond, Ind.; two daughters, Donna Pace, Dayton, and Sharon Taylor, Fort Pierce, Fla.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Agnes Sheldon.
He was a retired tool maker. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Richmond, Ind.
Private services will be held.
