* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cecile Forsthoefel
Cecile D. Forsthoefel, 88, 221 Johnson Ave., Celina, died at 4:29 p.m. March 4, 2010, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born Jan. 30, 1922, in Coneston, Ontario, Canada, to Hector and Lumina Cadieux Collins. On Nov. 20, 1943, she married Dr. Boniface H. Forsthoefel, who died April 5, 1999.
Surviving is a son, Dr. David (Rosemarie) Forsthoefel, Celina; two daughters, Dianne Gibson, Franklin, Ind., and Donna Forsthoefel, Celina; a brother, Paul (Mary) Collins, Utica, Mich.; a sister, Grace Kowalski, Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Kathleen Marie Forsthoefel; three brothers, Hector Jr., Larry and Ronald Collins; and a grandson.
A homemaker, she was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its Altar Rosary Society and the Daughters of Isabella. She was a graduate of Denby High School in Detroit, Mich.
The funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to the church education endowment fund.
