* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

W. Dean Leland
W. Dean Leland, 80, Coldwater, died at 4:22 p.m. April 10, 2010, at his home.
He was born April 6, 1930, in Aurora, Ill. to Wesley and Julia James Leland. He married Nancy Hodges, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are three sons, Craig (Susan) Leland, Greenville, Mark (Sharon) Leland, La Quinta, Calif., and Brian Leland, Dayton; and eight grandchildren.
He retired from the former White/New Idea plant in Coldwater, where he worked as a territory manager, branch sales manager and a regional sales manager. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a Korean War veteran. He was a member of the Coldwater Eagles #3025 and the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
