* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Anthony
George J. Anthony, 59, Coldwater, died at 9:45 p.m. June 3, 2010, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born July 22, 1950, in Celina to Luke and Mary Alice O'Dell Anthony, who are both deceased. On May 7, 1982, he married Pamela Braun, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Patrick and Sean Anthony, both of Coldwater; two brothers, Tom (Elaine) Anthony, West Chester, and Mike (Bonnie) Anthony, Davidson, N.C.; two sisters, Margaret (Tom) Smicklas, Bolivia, N.C., and Susan (Duane Skoog) Anthony, Greencastle, Ind.
He owned and operated the former Anthony's Sohio, Fort Recovery, and was employed at Select Motors, Celina, and most recently, Parts Flow, Wapakoneta. He was a 1968 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and attended Wright State University, Dayton. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 1-6 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 9:45 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
