* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Thomas Evans
Thomas W. Evans, 85, St. Marys, died at 3:22 p.m. June 3, 2010, at the Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 6, 1924, in Wellston to Robert and Catherine Durkin Evans. On Aug. 21, 1952, he married Connie J. Michaels, who survives.
Other survivors are three children, Tom D. (Nancy) Evans, St. Marys, Robert M. (Karen) Evans, Celina, and Christena M. (William) Kuck, New Bremen; a brother, Robert (Alice) Evans, New Berlin, Pa.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Ruth Ann Connell.
He retired from the U.S. Army in 1964 after more than 20 years of service, including service in WWII and two tours during the Korean War. He was retired from Servamation, Lima. He was a member of the Eagles and American Legion, both in St. Marys, and a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Celina.
There are no services. Private burial will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Contributions can be made to the Eagles or American Legion.
Arrangements are being handled by Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.
