* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Tobe
Marie Elizabeth Tobe, 88, St. Henry, died at 2:35 p.m. June 24, 2010, at the Gardens at Celina.
She was born Oct. 23, 1921, in Cranberry to Rudolph and Frances Koesters VanDenBosch. On April 27, 1940, she married Werner A. Tobe, who died May 17, 2008.
Surviving are three children, Janet (Henry) Wagner, West Milton, Jerry (Rosie) Tobe, Tipp City, and Judy (Jack) Thein, Dayton; a sister, Edna Gdula, Dayton; a brother, Carl (Donna) VanDenBosch, Coldwater; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Earl VanDenBosch; and two sisters, Esther Wehrkamp and Cleo Pettijean.
She was a member of the St. Henry Catholic Church in St. Henry.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-5p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry.
