* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kathleen Richman
Kathleen "Kitty" A. Richman, 93, of Celina, died July 1, 2010.
She was born Dec. 17, 1916, to George and Nancy Moots. In 1937, she married Nelson Selby Richman, who survives.
Surviving is a son, Ralph (Jean) Helser.
Deceased is a son, Nelson; a brother, Dean Moots; and two sisters, Marian McCabe and Mary Jean Wiser.
She worked at Delco and she and her husband owned and operated automotive repair businesses, including Lawndale Garage, before retiring in Montezuma.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Monday at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton, the Rev. Dick VanTine officiating. Burial is at Shiloh Park Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 10:30-11:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
