* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janet Monnin
Janet C. Monnin, 67, Minster, died at 4:30 p.m. Aug. 20, 2010, at Hospice of Dayton.
She was born Sept. 26, 1942, in Fort Loramie to Leo and Sally Enneking Boerger. On July 25, 1964, she married Kenneth Monnin, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Bruce (Deb) Monnin, Minster, John (Mary) Monnin, Granger, Ind., and Dean Monnin, Columbus; six siblings, Betty Bergman, Minster, Charles (Carla) Boerger, Fort Wayne, Ind., Dennis (Patti) Boerger, Sidney, Melvin (Janie) Boerger, Dayton, Mary (Ray) Morton, Birmingham, Ala., and Don (Pat) Boerger, Sidney; and four grandchildren.
She was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster and the church Mission Commission and was a volunteer at The Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville. She was a 1960 graduate of Fort Loramie High School and was a retired orthodontic lab technician.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
Memorials can be made to the church Mission Commission.
