* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Judy Reynolds
Former Fort Recovery resident Judy A. Reynolds, 53, died at 10 p.m. Sept. 14, 2010, at Chalet Village, Berne, Ind.
She was born Oct. 26, 1956, in Fort Recovery to Lewis and Mary Gross Reynolds.
Surviving are four sisters, Lorene (Calvin) Huss, Geneva, Ind., Dorothy Watkins, Berne, Ind., Arlene (Everett) Moore, Fort Recovery, and Mary (Paul) Burry, Berne, Ind.; two brothers, Woody Reynolds, Fort Recovery, and John (Cheryl) Reynolds, Rockford.
Deceased are two brothers, Nolan and Jesse Reynolds.
She was a member of the Church of the Living God in Jay County, Ind.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home in Fort Recovery, brother-in-law Paul Burry officiating. Burial is at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Union City, Ind.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
