* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jarrett Fowler
Jarrett L. Fowler, 14, St. Marys, died at 2:07 p.m. Sept. 14, 2010, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
He was born May 16, 1996, in St. Marys to Terry L. and Vickie Williams Fowler. His mother and step-father, Alan Bruggeman, survive in St. Marys. His father died Jan. 17, 2006.
Also surviving is a sister, Janessa Fowler, St. Marys; two brothers, Brian (Lou Ann) Fowler, Ottawa, and Brad (Cassi) Fowler, St. Marys; a step-sister, Melissa Bruggeman, St. Marys; three step-brothers, Seth Bruggeman, Graham Bruggeman and Chase Bruggeman, all of St. Marys; paternal grandparents, Rich and Peggy Fowler, St. Marys; step-grandmother, Kay Bruggeman, St. Marys; and godparents, Franklin Fortman Jr. and Dottie Lininger, both of St. Marys.
Also deceased are maternal grandparents, Charles and Dorothy Williams.
He was a freshman at Memorial High School in St. Marys. He attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church in St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Martin Brown officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials can be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
