Elizabeth H. Hoffhines, 97, formerly of Rockford, died Sept. 22, 2010, in Casa Grande, Arizona.

She was born in Rockford and was married to Donald Hoffhines, who died in 1982. Surviving are two sons, Richard Hoffhines, Rockford, and Jerry (Connie) Hoffhines, Pinellas Park, Fla.; a daughter, Jeanette (Phil) Freed, Maricopa, Arizona; 10 grandchildren and many great- and great-great-grandchildren.

No memorial services will be held.
