* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Alma Kuest
Alma K. Kuest, 94, Fort Loramie, died Oct. 17, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born April 23, 1916, in Fort Loramie to Clemens and Magdalena Dreses Eilerman. On June 25, 1960, she married Harold Kuest, who died Sept. 17, 1996.
Surviving is a sister-in-law, Rosella Eilerman, Fort Loramie.
Deceased are seven siblings, Clementine, Frances, Gregor, Albert, Urban, and Edward Eilerman and Ursula Ziegenbusch.
She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Fort Loramie and its church Rosary Altar Sodality. She also was a member of Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391 and the Walk-up Country Club. She worked at Atlas Manufacturing in Piqua.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
