* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Moorman
George C. Moorman, 84, Sidney, died at 9:14 a.m. Oct. 17, 2010, at Triumph Hospital in Lima.
He was born June 10, 1926, in St. Henry to John and Alvina Schmalstig Moorman. On March 20, 1965, he married Lois Nolte, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Christine Moorman and Cynthia Rice, both of Dayton; a brother, Donald Moorman, Bradford; two sisters, Pat Moorman, Greenville, and Mary Jane Sherman, Sidney.
Deceased are five brothers and two sisters.
He was a member of the Holy Angles Catholic Church in Sidney. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a life member of the Sidney American Legion Post 217, the American Vet Post 1986 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4239. He worked as a truck driver and plumber.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Jason Bedel officiating. Burial with full military honors is at St. Henry Cemetery in St. Henry.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home in Sidney.
