* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Julia Eggleston
Julia Eggleston, 86, formerly of Toledo, died at 8:20 p.m. Oct. 20, 2010, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
She was born Sept. 1, 1924, in the former Durant City, Pa., now James City, Pa., to John and Margaret Collins Rau. She married Lawrence Brown, who is deceased. She then married Arthur Eggleston, who also is deceased.
Surviving is a daughter, Barbara (Richard) Brackman, Maria Stein; a stepdaughter, Carol Valencia, California; four grandchildren, a stepgrandchild, three great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She attended Oakdale and Waite high schools in Toledo. She retired from the General Motors Hydromatic Plant in Toledo where she managed the suggestion and awards program in the personnel department. She was active in Toledo Business and Women's Club, where she served as president. She also was a member of the Shriner Chanteretts, a Junior Achievement Adviser, a volunteer at WGTE Public Television and the Toledo Diabetes Association. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Maria Stein and the St. Ann's Sodality of the church. She also was a member of the Maria Stein American Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Brenberger officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Sunday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys.
Memorials may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or the Diabetes Association.
