* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Dammeyer
Martha Lou Dammeyer, 75, St. Marys, died at 7 p.m. Oct. 20, 2010, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born Dec. 25, 1934, in Celina to Clarence and Mildred Nolan Worthman. On Aug. 28, 1953, she married Harold Dammeyer, who survives.
Also surviving are five sons, Scott Dammeyer, Dayton, Randy (Karen) Dammeyer, Celina, Todd (Elizabeth) Dammeyer, Versailles, Brent (Connie) Dammeyer, Cincinnati, and Jason Dammeyer, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a sister, Alta Jean Kuhn, Celina; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Lloyd Worthman; a sister, Madonna Checkeye; and two brothers-in-law, Clarence Kuhn and Kenneth Checkeye.
She was a homemaker and a 1952 graduate of Celina High School. She was a member of Celina First Church of God.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Camp Otyokwah Church Camp.
