* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

April Vann
April Christie Vann, 33, Celina, died Oct. 29, 2010, at her home.
She was born Nov. 30, 1976, in Van Wert to Michael P. and Debra A. Bilter Williams, both surviving in Rockford. On Feb. 14, 1995, she married Eric Lee Vann, who is deceased.
Also surviving are three children, Dilon Lee, Derick Rylee and Montanna Paige Vann, now residing in Rockford; a sister, Heather (Andrew) Miller, Manchester, Tenn.; father-in-law, Mike (Darlene) Vann, Rockford; mother-in-law, Debra (Mark) Brashear, Frenchburg, Ky.; maternal grandparent, Madlyn Bilter, Celina; paternal grandparents, William and Barbara Williams, Mendon; grandparents-in-law, Fred and Gloria Vann, Rockford, and Don and Sue Ralston, Ohio City.
Also deceased are grandparents Don and Marge Bilter.
She was owner and operator of a child daycare center in Celina. She had worked at Family Medicine Associates in Rockford. She was a 1995 graduate of Parkway High School and was a student at Ashland College.
Funeral services are 8 p.m. Tuesday at New Horizons Church in Rockford, the Rev. Marvin Schwartz officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to a memorial fund for the children.
