* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Dorothy Fink
Dorothy M. Fink, 87, Celina, died at 10:06 p.m. Oct. 29, 2010, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Sept. 3, 1923, in St. Henry to Anthony and Christine Naseman Boehmer. On May 3, 1947, she married Elmer B. Fink, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, David (Linda) Fink, Celina; a daughter, Susan (Charles) Bergman, Winter Garden, Fla.; a son-in-law, James Deffenbaugh, Newport Nerva, Va.; a brother, James (Martha) Boehmer, St. Marys; four sisters, Lucille Schoch, Dayton, Virginia (Harold) Kleinhenz, St. Henry, Jeanette Borges, Minster, and Joanne Katterheinrich, Toledo; a sister-in-law, Alice Boehmer, Dayton; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Steven Fink; a daughter, Elaine Deffenbaugh; two brothers, Walter and Herman Boehmer; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, the Altar Rosary Sodality and the Mercer County Council on Aging. She graduated from St. Marys High School in 1941.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials may be made to the IC Endowment Fund.
