* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shirley Hilderbrand
Shirley C. Hilderbrand, 66, of Celina, and formerly of Greenville, died at 2:30 p.m. Nov. 15, 2010, at the Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital of the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus.
She was born March 21, 1944, in Richmond, Ind., to William G. and Vera Mae Bryant Oakes. William Oakes survives in Kentucky. Vera Oakes is deceased. Shirley married Max Hilderbrand, who is deceased.
Also surviving is a son, Alan Resor, Indianapolis, Ind.; two daughters, Brenda S. Thornton, Greenville, and Cindy Rapier, Greenville; two brothers, James Oakes, Richmond, Ind., and Herschell Oakes, Ky.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was owner of Shirley's Bar and Grill in Celina until she retired. She had an auction every year to benefit needy families. She was a member of the Celina Moose, Greenville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Celina Sportsman Club.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial is at Abbottsville Cemetery in Darke County.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials to be made to the family will be given to Shirley's auction for needy families.
