* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ramona Moore
Ramona Moore, 77, St. Marys, died at 10:38 a.m. Nov. 18, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 11, 1933, in Miami County to John and Rose Wenker Ball. On July 7, 1954, she married James Moore, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Cheryl (Dennis) Donovan, St. Marys, Jean Moore, St. Marys, Candace (Richard) Darnell, Smyrna, Tenn., James (Shauna) Moore Jr., St. Marys, and Heather Anderson, New Bremen; a sister, Rachel Stienecker, St. Marys; a brother, Ramon (Thelma Jean) Ball, St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Grace Ball, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She retired from the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in St. Marys where she worked for 28 1/2 years.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial is at Rest-haven Memory Gardens in St. Marys.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
