* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Robyn Mallory
Robyn Mallory, 46, St. Marys, died Nov. 27, 2010, at her home.
She was born April 6, 1964, in St. Marys to Robert and Sharon Smith Taylor, who are deceased. On Feb. 24, 1984, she married Thomas Mallory, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Thomas Mallory Jr., Rockford, Zachary Mallory, St. Marys, Patrick "Pete" Mallory, St. Marys, Andrea "Andie" Mallory, St. Marys, and Tyler Mallory, St. Marys; two sisters, Stacy (Scott) Meyers, Wapakoneta, and Michelle "Miki" (Brian) Sutton, Wapakoneta; a brother, Robert Taylor, St. Marys; a father-in-law, Bud Mallory, St. Marys; and three grandchildren.
She was a 1982 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a homemaker.
Services are 1 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. A private family burial will be held.
Calling is noon-1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
