* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Myers
Donald W. Myers, 82, St. Marys, died 4:35 p.m. Nov. 27, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home in Celina.
He was born March 20, 1929, in Ohio City to Raymond and Ethel Stemen Myers. He married Sue Meyers, who is deceased.
Surviving are six children, Deb (Daniel) Grace, Celina, Paula Hoenie, Celina, Walter Myers, St. Marys, Todd Myers, Spencerville, Holly (Clinton) Bell, Mendon, and Nick Myers, Arcadia; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Grace McMichaels; and five brothers, Orville, Rue, Andy, Vernon and Dwight Myers.
He worked at Karch Stone Company in Celina and as a drill operator on an oil rig in New Mexico.
Funeral rites are 4 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, the Rev. Bob Sweeney officiating.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
