* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Ruckman
James M. Ruckman, 75, Coldwater, died Nov. 30, 2010.
He was born Jan. 17, 1935, in LaRue, to Kenneth and Dortha Ruckman. He married Veronica Domenico, who is deceased.
Surviving are four children, Barbara (Jack) Jones, Hamilton, Sharon (Mark) Rice, Cincinnati, James (Margo) Ruckman, Lake Lure, N.C., and Dan (Patty) Ruckman, Coldwater; a sister, Joan (Eddie) Chiudioni, Mansfield; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He graduated from Minerva High School in 1953. He served in the U.S. Navy. He attended Kent State University and Ohio University. He worked in the woodshop of the Canton Boys Club and drove for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery in Canton.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
