* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Patricia Miller
Patricia J. Miller, 59, Farmington Hills, Mich., died Nov. 30, 2010.
She was born Feb. 27, 1951, in Fort Recovery to Tom and Jean Gehle Meiring. Her father is deceased; her mother survives in Sharpsburg. She married Daniel Miller, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Danielle (Scott) Miller-Lesnek and Ashley Miller; 10 siblings, Linda (Wayne) Peck, Diana Zitter (Richard Lamprecht), Jim Meiring, Katherine (John) Zitter, John Meiring, Elizabeth (Patrick) Buschur, Don (Patty) Meiring, Jerry (Kristine) Meiring, Michael (Pamela) Meiring and Dan (Angie) Meiring; a sister-in-law, Carol Miller-Sekerak; and a brother-in-law, Rick (Shelley) Miller.
She graduated as valedictorian of Fort Recovery High School in 1969. She graduated with honors from the University of Dayton with a bachelor of science in math and chemistry and a minor in education. She taught in the Cleveland area school system.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Farmington Hills, Mich., and at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Columbkille Church in Parma. Burial is at All Saints Cemetery in Northfield.
Calling is 2-9 p.m. today at Thayer-Rock Funeral Home in Farmington Hills, Mich. A vigil will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the church.
