* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Southerly winds will increase today ahead of an approaching cold front. Sustained winds of 15 to 25 mph can be expected with gusts of 35 to 45 mph at times this afternoon. Be sure to secure outdoor objects.

Robert Mattraw
Robert J. Mattraw, 72, Celina, died at 11:30 p.m. Dec. 15, 2010, at his home.
He was born Jan. 11, 1938, in Savannah, Ga., to Lawrence and Lenore Wilson Mattraw. On Nov. 17, 1962, he married Priscilla "Lynn" Mattraw, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Shawn (Kathy) Mattraw, North Judson, Ind., and Scott (Eva) Mattraw, Fort Recovery; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother and a sister.
He was a member of the Paper Makers Association and retired from sales at Multipli Machinery in Gastonia, N.C.
A private family service will be held.
