Mary Granger
Mary M. Granger, 89, Union City, died Jan. 8, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
She was born Nov. 18, 1921, in Mercer County, to George and Margaret Flife Makley. She married Harold R. Granger, who is deceased.
Surviving are three daughters, Darlene (Theron) Nelsen, Liberty Lake, Wash., Dixie (Jerry) Cox, Union City, Pamela (Larry) Denniston, Ansonia; 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two daughters, Nancy Bertke and Mary Louise Granger; a brother and two sisters.
She attended Teegarden Congregational Christian Church in Ansonia. She was a homemaker.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at Reichard Funeral Home Inc. in Union City, Ind., the Rev. Eric Knight officiating. Burial is at Springhill Cemetery in Fort Recovery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be left to the church with envelopes at the funeral home.
