* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

William Pond
William B. Pond, 84, Rockford, died at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 20, 2011, at the Van Wert County Hospital emergency room.
He was born April 24, 1926, in Celina, to Leon V. and Mary C. Coil Pond. On Aug. 27, 1949, he married Janet Hays, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Ken (Carla) Pond, Rockford; two daughters, Joan (Brad) Glass, St. Marys, and Jennifer (Scott) Ralston, Rockford; two sisters, Dorothy Linn, Celina, and Evelyn Carpenter, Rockford; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandson and two sisters, Betty Konz and Mary Catherine Ford.
He worked in the assembly department at the former New Idea in Coldwater. He was a graduate of Celina High School. He was a member of the Mercer United Methodist Church in Rockford. He was also a member of the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II, where he served in the Pacific.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Mercer United Methodist Church, the Rev. Kenny Baker officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
