* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norma Sacksteder
Norma B. Sacksteder, 93, Minster, died March 16, 2011, at Heritage Manor in Minster.
She was born June 11, 1917, in Minster, to Raymond and Laura Stueve Westerheide. On June 26, 1940, she married George E. Sacksteder, who died Jan. 26, 1976.
Surviving are six children, James (Mary) Sacksteder, Louden, Tenn., Judy Hopkins, Russells Point, Jill Schultz, Lima, Jon (Judy) Sacksteder, Minster, Jeff (Jamie) Sacksteder, Pickerington and Jayne (Rich) Houchin, Lakeview; a brother, Lee Westerheide, Montezuma; 29 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a son, Jerome and Katherine Sacksteder; siblings and in-laws, Vernon and Madge Westerheide, Rosy and Mel Botkin, Rita and Carroll Grimm, Lucille and Robert Roetgerman, Jean and Al Wendeln, JoAnn Westerheide; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391 Auxiliary, Minster Bowling League and the Arrowhead Golf Club, all of Minster. She was also a member of the Tripoly club.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
