* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Jesse Daniel
Jesse Christopher Daniel, 2-day-old son of Zachary and Katlin Thompson Daniel, St. Marys, died at 7:10 p.m. Aug. 6, 2011, at Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
He was born Aug. 4, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Surviving with his parents are grandparents, Edmund and Carmen Daniel and Gary and Becky Hittepole, all of St. Marys; great-grandparents, John and Pauline Daniel and Lisa and Chris Snook, all of St. Marys, Cash Vanover, Petroleum, Ind., and Joyce Weekly, Fort Wayne, Ind.; and great-great-grandmother, Margaret Hight, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Alva Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the neonatal intensive care unit at Children's Medical Center, Dayton.
