* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Beatrice Young
Former New Bremen resident Beatrice C. Young, 95, died at 8:54 a.m. July 23, 2011, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community.
Memorial services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home, New Bremen, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating. Burial is at a later date at Graceland Cemetery, Sidney.
Calling is after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund, the Friends of the New Bremen Library, Grand Lake Hospice or to Otterbein St. Marys Partners Appreciation Fund.
