* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Walter Miley
Walter N. Miley, 82, St. Marys, died Sept. 2, 2011, at his residence.
He was born March 10, 1929, in Wapakoneta, to Harry S. and Florence (Koehl) Miley. On Sept. 29, 1951, he married Rita M. Axe, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Mark Miley, St. Marys; a daughter, Susan (Mickey) Walker, North Judson, Ind.; two brothers, Charles (Grace) Miley, Adrian, Mich., and Harry (Margaret) Miley, St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Hazel Miley, Davenport, Iowa; and two grandsons.
Deceased are an infant son, Daniel Paul Miley; a brother, James Miley; and a daughter-in-law, Lorna Miley.
He worked in the engineering department at American Telephone & Telegraph Co., Cincinnati, and graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1947. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is noon until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
