* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Urban Siefring
Urban F. Siefring, 74, Fort Recovery, died Oct. 23, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born May 24, 1937, in St. Henry to Jacob and Loretta Wuebker Siefring.
Surviving are a daughter, Julie (Mack) Christy, Fayetteville, Ga.; a son, Rob (Carol) Siefring, Lakeview; two sisters, Irene Schilling, Coldwater, Mary Jane (Jim) Condon, Versailles; a sister-in-law, Mary Jane Siefring, St. Henry; a brother-in-law, Jim Baltes, Frenchtown; former spouse, Carolyn Siefring, Celina; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Ralph, Victor and Leroy Siefring; two sisters, Dory Baltes and Evelyn Siefring; and a son-in-law, Gary Marlow.
A U.S. Army veteran, he was employed by the former Rutschilling Sawmill, St. Henry, and also was a poultry farmer.
Graveside service is 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, Deacon John Parker officiating. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the Fort Recovery American Legion.
Calling is 1-2:15 p.m. Tuesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Memorial donations may be made to Meals on Wheels, Mercer County.
