* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lora Collins
Lora Collins, 75, St. Marys, died suddenly at 6:02 p.m. Nov. 26, 2011, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born Jan. 8, 1936, in Mousie, Ky., to Troy and Biddie Wicker Chaffins. On March 5, 1955, she married Morrell "Mo" Collins, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Lutrena (Dan) Slusser, Celina, and Amain (Sue) Collins, Celina; siblings, Ballard Chaffins, St. Marys, Myrtle Johnson, Kendallville, Ind., Cora Fields, Hindman, Ky., Dora Lewis, Crossville, Tenn., and Sally Fairchild, St. Marys; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Deceased are brothers, Coy Chaffins, James Chaffins, Richard Chaffins, Paris Chaffins and Leo Chaffins.
She was a 1953 graduate of Hindman High School, was a graduate of Alice Lloyd College and earned a master's degree at Ohio Northern University. She retired from Parkway Local Schools after 30 years service as a kindergarten teacher. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, St. Marys.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Tim Smith and Bill Drummond officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys, where memorials may be made to the church.
