CELINA - As of the end of October, the city is on track to have a general fund carryover between $624,765 and $1.24 million, according to city auditor Emily Stewart.
ST. MARYS - All construction bids except one came in less than the $373,810 estimate for the school's new tennis complex.

The Associated Press announced All-Ohio football teams for Divisions V and VI on Wednesday and the Midwest Athletic Conference's standouts were big winners.
The Coldwater football team is playing in the Division V state championship game for the third straight year and the Cavaliers are focused on bringing home a state title after finishing as the state's runner-up the past two seasons.
