* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Peter Fox
Peter W. Fox, 92, Arcanum, died Dec. 24, 2011 at his residence.
He was born Dec. 31, 1918, in Mendon, to Peter and Hazel Stewart Fox. On March 16, 1946, he married Elaine Griggs, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Kevin (Trebla) Fox, Dayton; siblings, Barbara Armstrong, Gary (Pattie) Fox, Charles (Janelle) Fox, and Glen "Grinny" (Kathy) Fox; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Jeffery Fox, and a grandson.
He was the longtime owner of Fox Pharmacy, Arcanum. He was a 1949 graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in pharmacy. He served with the U.S. Army during World War II.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Kreitzer Funeral Home, Arcanum, the Rev. Dan Kuhbander officiating. Burial will follow in Tomlinson Cemetery, Mendon.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
