* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 104 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity combined with very warm low temperatures can be especially hazardous as the overnight hours provide little relief from the heat. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Sue Gasson
Sue Gasson, 62, St. Marys, died at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 24, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 26, 1949, to Leota Keiber Brincefeld. On June 17, 1967, she married Paul Gasson, who died Feb. 7, 2011.
Surviving are a daughter, Amy (James) Abbott, St. Marys; siblings, Ted (Patty) Brincefield, Lake Havasu, Ariz., Jack Brincefield, Celina, Neal (Connie) Brincefield, Wapakoneta, Nancy (Melvin) Heidt, Corpus Christi, Texas, Barbara Clark, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and Brenda Weaver, St. Marys; and three grandsons.
Deceased are seven siblings, Robert, Larry, Lewis, Michael and David Brincefield, Sarah Lee Brincefield and Rebecca Dysert.
She was a graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys, and had coached girls softball.
Services are 7 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Drummond officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
