* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Lee Roe
Betty Lee Roe, 82, Decatur, Ind., died at 5:50 a.m. Feb. 6, 2012, in Lutheran Hospital of Indiana.
She was born June 26, 1929, in Dayton, to Raymond M. and Arberdeen Snyder Fickert. On Sept. 28, 1957, she married Ernest Roe, who died Jan. 5, 2011.
Surviving are a son, Randy E. (Kim) Roe, Decatur; a brother, LeRoy M. Fickert, Ohio City; and three grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Wilma Feasel.
A member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church and WELCA, she was a housewife and had worked at Central Insurance Company for 13 years.
Service is 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the church, the Rev. Denise Brown officiating. Burial is in Backesto Cemetery.
Calling is noon-3 p.m. and 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and one hour prior to service at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church, Muscular Dystrophy Association or Adams Central Squadron of Sound.
