Areas of fog have developed across parts of west-central Ohio early this morning. The fog may be locally dense with visibilities less than one quarter of a mile at times. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibilities across short distances due to the patchy nature of the dense fog. Visibilities should improve by 9 AM EDT.

John Leugers
John Melvin Leugers, 54, of Coldwater, died at 2:10 a.m. Feb. 10, 2012, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton.
Arrangements are pending at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
