* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Braun
John W. Braun, 80, Celina, died at 8:28 a.m. Feb. 26, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born May 11, 1931, in Mercer County to Sylvester and Mildred Eblen Braun. On June 11, 1960, he married Marilyn Fleck, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Tom (Sandy) Braun, Celina, and Tim (Tonya) Braun, Celina; two daughters, Kathy (Neal) Klosterman, Montezuma, and Linda (John) Wilson, Greencastle, Ind.; a brother, Jerry (Annalee) Braun, Celina; 14 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He retired from the Celina street department and farming. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a life member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars, of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
