Ethan Enyart
Ethan William "Cowboy" Enyart, 22, VanWert, died at 1:39 p.m. Feb. 25, 2012, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus.
He was born Nov. 19, 1989, in Coldwater, to Lionel F. and Keri J. Enyart Schwaller, who survive. Stepmother Lisa VanWynsberghe Enyart, Van Wert, and stepfather Lou Schwaller, Monroe, Ind., also survive.
Also surviving are siblings, Pvt. Jacob L. Enyart, Van Wert, Branden L. Enyart, Van Wert, Gabriel L. Schwaller, Monroe, Lexi "Sissy" Schwaller, Monroe, Dallas Schwaller, Monroe, and Elise Hollon, Alger; maternal grandfather, Larry Fullhart, Kokomo, Ind.; paternal grandparents, Bill and Patty Enyart, Portland; and stepgrandparents, Abe and Donna VanWynsberghe, Summerton, S.C., and Jeanne and David Zeigler, Van Wert.
Deceased are a sister, Athena Sunshine Couch, and a stepgrandfather, Wilbur Schwaller.
A 2008 graduate of Van Wert High School, he was a senior at Ohio State University majoring in accounting. He was employed by Student Painters of Columbus, Rod's Western Ware and The Ohio State University.
He had been a member of Van Wert 4-H Young Riders Horse Club and then served as an advisor to the club and the Jr. leaders 4-H Club. He was an associate trustee for the Van Wert Historical Society. He had been an umpire for Ohio City Youth Activities for several years.
Service is 11 a.m. Thursday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, Van Wert. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
