* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Meyer
Donald P. Meyer, 43, Newport, died May 17, 2012, of injuries sustained in a one-vehicle traffic accident near Russia in Shelby County.
He was born Dec. 6, 1968, in St. Marys to Adolph "Sonny" and Joan Utz Meyer, who survive in Newport. On May 26, 1990, he married Tammy Larger, who survives.
Also surviving are two children, Bradley and Rachel, both at home; siblings, Michael Meyer and Walter (Kathy) Meyer, all of Newport, Jean (Kevin) Borchers, Russia, and Janet (Mike) Siegel, Fort Loramie; parents-in-law, Elmer and Janice Larger, Fort Loramie; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Deb (Tom) Watercutter, Anna, Judy Larger, Tina (Tony) Pleiman, Nancy (Brian) Eilerman and Susie (John) Eilerman, all of Fort Loramie, and Ted (Sam) Larger, Houston.
A brother, Dale Meyer, is deceased.
He was co-owner and operator of Meyer's Garage & Drive Thru in Newport. He was a member of St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church and the Sportsman Club, both of Newport, Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles 1391, Versailles Eagles 2347, Celina Moose Lodge 1473 and Fort Loramie Sons of the American Legion.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-8 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia.
Contributions may be made to Fort Loramie Fire Department or Houston Rescue Squad.
