* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105 possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Consecutive days of excessive heat and humidity can be especially hazardous as warm overnight temperatures will provide little relief. The heat may continue into Wednesday.

Patricia Shrider
Patricia L. Shrider, 82, of Rockford, died at 5:50 p.m. May 24, 2012, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
She was born Sept. 18, 1929, in Van Wert, to Cloise and Frieda Keith Agler. On May 27, 1948, she married Richard G. Shrider, who died Jan. 1, 2003.
Surviving are three sons, Dudley (Charlotte) Shrider, Napoleon, Michael (Kathy) Shrider, Rockford, and Jeffrey (Sue) Shrider, Mendon; two sisters, Peggy (Paul) Semer and Cheryl (Denny) Bidlack, both of Grover Hill; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marcelyn S. Winters, and a brother, Joseph E. Agler.
She worked in the cafeteria at Parkway Local Schools and as a waitress in Rockford. She retired from Tu-Way Products, Rockford, and was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, the Rev. Chip Steffy officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday and after noon Sunday at the funeral home.
