* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Dailey
Betty L. Dailey, 79, Van Wert, died at 8:20 p.m. July 29, 2012, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born Feb. 25, 1933, in Van Wert County, to Alfred and Ruth Fawcett Miller. Her husband, Thomas Dailey, survives.
Also surviving are children, Stephen (Leilani) Dailey, Van Wert, Kathy Martin, Elida, Michael (Ana) Dailey, Archbold, and Kevin (Sandy) Dailey, Van Wert; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert Miller and Wilbur Miller, and two sisters, Marguerite Johns and Mary Johnson.
She retired from Kennedy Kit, Van Wert, after 25 years of service. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Van Wert, and was a member of its Peacemakers and Eunice groups.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Will Haggis officiating. Burial is at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, and at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
Contributions may be made to the church or Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
