Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Mark Borger
Mark A. Borger, 56, Celina, died 2:30 p.m. Aug. 3, 2012, at Kindred Hospital in Lima.
He was born June 14, 1956, in Celina, to Alfred "Haps" and Dorothy Wendel Borger, who are deceased.
Surviving are a brother, Wayne (Trudy) Fisher, Celina; three sisters, Rita (Rick) Woods, Celina, Jane (Robert) Wendel, Celina, and Nancy (Roger) Roth, Decatur, Ind.; and a brother-in-law, Chuck Arnold, St. Marys.
Also deceased are a brother, Terry Borger, and a sister, Judy Arnold.
He was a 1974 graduate of Celina High School and worked at Huffy in Celina. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and the Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post #5713.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and before 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorials may be given to the church.
