* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Wayne Heindel
Wayne Heindel, 75, Rockford, died 5:50 p.m. Aug. 3, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital, Van Wert.
He was born March 7, 1937, in Celina, to Ted and Lucille Hone Heindel. On June 21, 1959, he married Doris Heidt, who survives.
Also surviving are a son Allen (Mary) Heindel, Celina; a daughter, Alane (Nick) Johnson, New Haven, Ind.; a brother, Keith (Crista) Heindel, Celina; a sister, Geraldine (James) Miracle, Celina; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Scott Heindel and Bryan Heindel.
He was a 1955 graduate of Celina High School and a farmer. He was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, and the Ohio Farm Bureau.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
Memorials may be given to Operation Christmas Child or the Gideons.
