* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Thelma Mallory
Thelma Katherine Mallory, 80, Celina, died at 4:45 a.m. Oct. 7, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born April 23, 1932, in San Bernadino, Calif., to Walter M. and Mamie C. Campfield Jones. On April 3, 1953, she married James Cecil Mallory, who died Nov. 24, 2008.
Surviving are two sons, Kevin (Marla) Mallory, Celina, and Kelly (Sally) Mallory, Decatur, Ind.; a daughter, Colleen (Mike) Goodspeed, Celina; two sisters-in-law, Florence Beard, San Diego, Calif., and Suzie (Bob) Eilerman, Montezuma; two brothers-in-law, Gene Spicer, Celina, and Dennis Mallory, New Knoxville; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are two sons, James Mallory and Walter Mallory; a daughter, Colleen Sue Mallory; siblings Robert Jones and Imagene Jones; and a great-grandson.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Celina, and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 422, Rialto, Calif. and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post #5713, Celina. She was a supervisor at Norton Air Force Base Officers Club, San Bernadino.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
